Air Fryer Beyond Meat Brats, Onions, and Peppers Recipe

Vegetarian Bratwurst Sausage with Peppers and Onions

Ingredients:

  • 2 links vegetarian bratwurst sausage (such as Beyond Meat), sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced into petals
  • green bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
  • red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350F (175C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the vegetarian sausage slices, onion petals, bell peppers, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir everything to coat the ingredients evenly.
  3. Transfer the mixture into the air fryer basket, spreading it out in a single layer.
  4. Cook in the preheated air fryer for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  5. After 10 minutes, shake the basket again and cook for an additional 5 minutes, ensuring the sausages reach an internal temperature of 165F (74C) when measured with an instant-read thermometer.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
