Air Fryer Vegan Burger Recipe
Ingredients

- 1 (12 ounce) package meatless ground beef substitute (such as Beyond Meat Beyond Beef Plant-Based Ground)
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 teaspoons steak seasoning (such as McCormick)
Directions
Step 1: Preheat an air fryer to 400F (200C) according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Step 2: Form the ground beef substitute into three equal-sized patties.
Step 3: Spray the top of each patty with nonstick spray and season with 1/4 teaspoon of steak seasoning.
Step 4: Flip the patties, place them in the air fryer basket, and then spray and season the other side.
Step 5: Cook in the preheated air fryer for 3 minutes.
Step 6: Flip the patties and cook for an additional 3 minutes or until done. The internal temperature should reach at least 165F (74C) when measured with an instant-read thermometer.
Recipe Tip
If your air fryer is small, you may only be able to cook one patty at a time.
