Easy Keto Korean Beef with Cauli Rice Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- teaspoon ground ginger
- teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups cauliflower rice
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Directions
Step 1: Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2: Add ground beef and garlic to the skillet. Cook and stir until the beef is browned and crumbly, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Step 3: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, coconut sugar, ground ginger, and black pepper. Whisk until the mixture is well blended.
Step 4: Pour the sauce mixture over the cooked beef. Simmer for about 3 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
Step 5: Serve the beef mixture over cauliflower rice. Top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Tips
- To make cauliflower rice, simply grate cauliflower using a coarse grater or use a food processor with the grater disc.
