Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

- 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
- 3 celery ribs, sliced
- 2 green bell peppers, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- cup ketchup
- cup lemon juice
- cup crushed pineapple with syrup
- cup packed brown sugar
Directions
- Step 1: In a shallow dish, combine the flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Step 2: Roll the chicken pieces in the flour mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Step 3: Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken to the skillet.
