Amazing Oven-Roasted Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6 medium potatoes, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- teaspoon seasoned salt, or to taste
- teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Directions:
- Gather all the ingredients and preheat the oven to 400F (200C).
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil to prevent sticking and for easy cleanup.
- Rinse the potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes with olive oil, seasoned salt, regular salt, and cracked black pepper. Toss the potatoes until evenly coated with the seasonings.
- Transfer the seasoned potatoes onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading them out in a single layer for even roasting.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 1 hour, turning the potatoes occasionally to ensure they cook evenly on all sides.

We absolutely adored these potatoes! I simply tossed unpeeled Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks, into a bowl. I drizzled them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, added 2 tablespoons of fresh minced rosemary, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper. I roasted them in a 400-degree convection oven, and they were perfectly done in just 30 minutes. Such a delicious treat!
