Pretty basic, but it comes together quickly. I used half cheddar, half aged white cheddar. I also added some ground mustard, paprika and salt and pepper to taste. You can't go wrong with mac and cheese! My son gobbled this up.

This was perfect! I added pepper and smoked paprika. Topped it off with Italian seasoning bread crumbs and more cheese then put it in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes.

It was a little bland as is. I had to add some salt and pepper, plus a bit more cheese. I think this would be good with some green onion too. Very easy to make.

This was very quick to get together for a week night meal. It was not creamy though and the sauce seemed to break and become grainy even after following the directions exactly. For our taste we would prefer half cheddar and half a creamy melting cheese like American cheese.

My 9 year old granddaughter “more than liked but less than loved” it. She did ask for a second serving though. 😆 Sorry no picture. It was a late dinner.

Pretty dang good for only 5 ingredients. Would make again, but would add bacon or green onions or something.

It is an okay recipe if someone is elderly and they have to eat hospital food or a bland diet. It has no favor, at least not what I am used to eating. After trying this recipe I was disappointed, what a waste of my good cheese. I won't make this ever again. My photo is when I threw it in the trash. I cook from scratch but I don't want to bake in the summer, so I was trying to find a stove top version.

This recipe was very easy to cook and quite creamy with the Country Crock! I did use chives for garnish and it was wonderful!!
