Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Mushroom Soup
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 1 pound boneless pork chops
- 1 (26.5 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms (Optional)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
Directions:
- Pat the pork chops dry and place them into the slow cooker.
- Pour in the mushroom soup, followed by the diced onions, sliced mushrooms (if using), and garlic powder.
- Set the slow cooker to Low and cook for 8 hours, or on High for 4 hours, until the pork chops are fully cooked. The internal temperature should reach 145F (63C) when checked with an instant-read thermometer.

Easy to prepare. The flavor was a bit lacking. I would make it again with some extra seasoning added.
