Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Mushroom Soup

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 1 pound boneless pork chops
  • 1 (26.5 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms (Optional)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Pat the pork chops dry and place them into the slow cooker.
  2. Pour in the mushroom soup, followed by the diced onions, sliced mushrooms (if using), and garlic powder.
  3. Set the slow cooker to Low and cook for 8 hours, or on High for 4 hours, until the pork chops are fully cooked. The internal temperature should reach 145F (63C) when checked with an instant-read thermometer.

Easy to prepare. The flavor was a bit lacking. I would make it again with some extra seasoning added.
