Shrimp Alfredo Broccoli Bake Recipe
Ingredients
This recipe was developed for 4 servings. Ingredient quantities are for the original yield; cooking times remain the same if you adjust portions. Scaling may not always be perfect.
- 1 (8 ounce) package angel hair pasta
- Cooking spray for greasing
- 1 pound raw peeled and deveined shrimp, slightly thawed if frozen
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 1 cups Alfredo sauce
- cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil. Add the angel hair pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender but still firm, about 4 to 5 minutes. Drain thoroughly and set aside.
- Preheat your oven to 350F (175C). Lightly grease a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, saut the shrimp until they turn slightly pink, around 3 to 5 minutes. Add the broccoli, cover, and let it steam gently for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat once broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Layer the drained angel hair pasta evenly at the bottom of the prepared casserole dish. Spread the cooked shrimp and broccoli evenly over the pasta.
- Pour the Alfredo sauce over the shrimp and broccoli mixture, then sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is lightly golden and bubbly, approximately 20 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy a creamy, comforting meal.

I'd give this 4.5 stars if I could! It was simple to prepare, and tasted like a luxury comfort food. Tasted great for lunch the next day too! Only thing I will do differently next time is mix the alfredo sauce in with the noodles as well as the shrimp and broccoli, rather than just pouring it over.

Excellent recipe. I needed an idea for how to use some leftover steamed shrimp and this was great. I added chopped black olives and also sauteed onion, bell pepper, mushroom, and garlic.

So easy to make and so delicious. I made this ahead in a foil pan and put it in the refrigerator. If you do this , instead of 30 minutes, cook for 40 minutes and you will have perfection itself. Are used Francesca Ranaldi Alfredo sauce and my husband was in heaven. (So was I.). Restaurant quality!

I made it using the suggestions of the Panko bread crumbs and adding the Alfredo sauce to the shrimp and broccoli before putting it over the pasta and I added mushrooms. I would definitely make this again.

My family really loved this dish - plus it’s pretty. I used fresh broccoli and jumbo shrimp which I cut in half. I also added a clove of minced garlic and a tablespoon of butter when sautéing the shrimp and, as another person recommended, I put panko breadcrumbs on top.

Turned out awesome! I used semi cooked spaghetti squash instead of pasta. And added sautéed mushrooms along with broccoli. Absolutely delicious.

We used penne pasta instead, but it was awesome! I also added a half cup of sour cream to the alfredo.

I had cooked shrimp so I used that but I didn't thaw them out much. And I added black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. I had to cook it about twice as long than it said. Also I used regular spaghetti.

Made it with chicken instead of shrimp. Easy to make. Some people may prefer more seasoning. I added extra course ground black pepper. Maybe some garlic next time.

This is my new fave! To address the lack of spiciness, I used Rao's Arrabiata Alfredo sauce. It made this dish so tasty!

I will add more alfredo sauce next time. It was still delicious just dry

This is the second time I have cooked this dish. To me, this is a great base that you can add to. I added red peppers, mushrooms, garlic and red pepper flakes. Family loves it.

Went with penne pasta instead of angel hair pasta and added a red pepper. Turned out very well I thought. Could maybe add a few spices would be my only thought and maybe a different cheese topping.

I made as is, agree it needs spices.

Very easy and takes well to additions if you decide to add something. The basis is that it can only be as good as the sauce you put on it, so don't blame the dish if you use a cheap alfredo. Otherwise, enjoy and thanks so much to the OP for sharing the recipe.
