Grilled Cabbage Wedges
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 medium head cabbage
- 8 metal skewers
- cup olive oil, or as needed
- 1 pinch seasoned salt (such as Lawry's), or to taste
- 1 pinch ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat your outdoor grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grill grate.
- Cut the cabbage into 8 wedges, making sure each wedge is of a manageable size for grilling.
- Insert a metal skewer through the center of each wedge to prevent them from falling apart while cooking.
- Drizzle both sides of each cabbage wedge with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with seasoned salt and black pepper.
- Place the skewered cabbage directly on the grill. Cook for about 8 to 12 minutes, turning once, until grill marks are visible and the cabbage becomes tender.
- Carefully remove the cabbage wedges from the skewers and serve immediately.
