Grilled Cabbage Wedges

Grilled Cabbage Wedges

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cabbage
  • 8 metal skewers
  • cup olive oil, or as needed
  • 1 pinch seasoned salt (such as Lawry's), or to taste
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat your outdoor grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grill grate.
  2. Cut the cabbage into 8 wedges, making sure each wedge is of a manageable size for grilling.
  3. Insert a metal skewer through the center of each wedge to prevent them from falling apart while cooking.
  4. Drizzle both sides of each cabbage wedge with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with seasoned salt and black pepper.
  5. Place the skewered cabbage directly on the grill. Cook for about 8 to 12 minutes, turning once, until grill marks are visible and the cabbage becomes tender.
  6. Carefully remove the cabbage wedges from the skewers and serve immediately.
