  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons blackened seasoning
  • 1 pound catfish fillets

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F (200C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, and blackened seasoning until a smooth paste forms.
  3. Brush the seasoning paste evenly on both sides of each catfish fillet.
  4. Place the fillets in the basket of an air fryer. Cook until the fish is nicely browned and flakes easily with a fork, approximately 15 minutes.
