- cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoons blackened seasoning
- 1 pound catfish fillets
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400F (200C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, and blackened seasoning until a smooth paste forms.
- Brush the seasoning paste evenly on both sides of each catfish fillet.
- Place the fillets in the basket of an air fryer. Cook until the fish is nicely browned and flakes easily with a fork, approximately 15 minutes.
