Air Fryer Ramen Bun Burger for One Recipe
Ingredients

- 2 cups water
- 1 (3 ounce) package beef-flavored ramen noodles, seasoning packet reserved
- 1 small egg
- Cooking spray
- 4 ounces ground beef
Directions
Step 1: Pour the water into a large saucepan and bring it to a boil over high heat.
Step 2: Once the water is boiling, add the ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 3: Remove the saucepan from heat and let the noodles sit for 2 minutes. Drain the water and set the noodles aside.
Step 4: Preheat the air fryer to 400F (200C).
Step 5: While the air fryer is heating, whisk the egg and half of the reserved seasoning packet together in a small bowl.
Step 6: Gently stir in the noodles, making sure they are evenly coated with the egg and seasoning mixture.
Step 7: Divide the noodle mixture into two small, round s to help shape the buns more uniformly.
Step 8: Spray the basket of the air fryer with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 9: Transfer one portion of the noodle mixture into the air fryer basket and flatten it with a spatula to form a bun shape. Cook for 4 minutes.
Step 10: After 4 minutes, flip the bun over using the spatula and cook for another 4 minutes, or until it reaches your desired level of browning.
Step 11: Once done, transfer the noodle bun to a plate and repeat with the remaining noodle mixture.
Step 12: While the buns are cooking, sprinkle the remaining seasoning over the ground beef and form it into a patty.
Step 13: Place the beef patty in the air fryer and cook for 4 minutes. Flip the patty over and cook for another 4 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Step 14: Once the beef patty is ready, place it between the two ramen buns to complete your ramen burger.
