Tried this and there are 2 recommendations. The cooking time is too long. Use a thermometer and start watching at 30-49 minutes. I like spicy, but for my taste a teaspoon of red pepper is way too much. I made it with 1/2 tsp ok for me but still more than most people like.

I had to dock stars because (1) the raw flavor of the garlic had not been cooked out by the time the pork chops were done and (2) the onions were not cooked enough by the time the pork chops were done. This was a great concept, but the onions and garlic need to be sautéed first so that the pork chops and veggies are finished at the same time.

Changed it a bit cuz needed less spicy. Replaced the spicy mustard with regular mustard a bit of hot mustard. And paprika instead of the chili and red pepper. It was alright, the person I cooked it for said he liked it. I should of chopped the onion bigger so it would be a nicer side dish. I doubled the sauce so I could make a gravy with the leftover liquid. It turned out fine
