We love this recipe! First time I made it I misread the instructions & mixed everything in the meat loaf. It turned out great! Next time I made it per the instructions, which was also very good! But went back to mixing it all together as the full flavor goes all the way through! I did only use 1.5 cups of ketchup.

Awesome recipe! Instead of the bread crumbs I crumble oyster or saltine crackers and sprinkle them with Italian seasoning. I also add bellpepper. Easy recipe. I refuse to make meatloaf unless it's this recipe. Thanks Aunt Libby!!!
