Ingredients
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 strips bacon
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups chicken broth, divided

Review Rewritten: I really enjoyed this recipe. I followed it using thighs as suggested (4 boneless skinless thighs were enough for my husband and me), and I must say I prefer them over breasts.
