I work until 5:30 and then have a 30 minute commute, so I’m always looking for quick and healthy recipes. I made this basically ad directed but subbed Swerve brown sugar in the sauce since my husband is diabetic. Also added some chopped red bell pepper for color. Served it over brown rice. We liked the lemony flavor of the sauce- so different from typical stir fries. Served soy sauce, sriracha, and hot mustard on the side. Will definitely make again.

Great recipe. I double check the asparagus as some times it is tougher than others. I served with egg rolls and fried rice.
