All I had was unflavored panko. So I added onion soup mix ( and a few other herbs that were lost in the soup mix flavoring). I was afraid that I had put in too much, but my wife (who doesn't tolerate strong flavors as much as I do) Loved it!Very tender and oh so easy. I put a couple of halves of an acorn squash on the rack (w. brown sugar and butter) beforehand, so they and the chops got done at the same time, put thermometers in the chops sideways, and cooked "till done. I use this recipe with without eggs. I rinse pork chops as normal, pat dry n put in Italian breadcrumbs. Using air fryer. Ready in less than 10 minutes n yummy! I’m allergic to corn. Pork chops are corn fed so I try to limit my intact. I’m almost vegetarian minus corn as I control foods that have corn n direvities (?).
