We loved this!! Home cooking in a bowl!! I did half the chicken as I missed reading that I would need nearly two rotisserie chickens and only purchase one - which was about 3c from my purchased bird. But, I used a bit more carrots, celery and onion. It also meant I only halved the sour cream and mayo (but left the wine and full can of soup as written!). I felt that this “saucier” base soaked up the croutons better as this cooked. This also reheats really well and we will make this again for sure !! Thanks Bailey Fink!
