- 1 handful roughly chopped spinach
- 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes
- cup high-protein pasta
- 2 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese
- cup heavy cream
Directions
- Gather all the ingredients and prepare your workspace for cooking.

I cooked a diced chicken breast in olive oil with dried onions and minced garlic. I also added Mrs. Dash (I didn't have the Tuscan seasoning) . I doubled the recipe because we like leftovers. I used an entire can of tomato paste and a can of no salt, petite diced tomatoes instead of sun dried. I didn't add the spinach until after the pasta was cooked. After a couple of minutes I added half and half and let that heat up. We enjoyed it and the leftovers were even better. I will definitely make this again. It was very quick to prepare.

I used sun-dried tomato basil seasoned chicken breasts (2) from Aldi’s, one 32oz carton of regular chicken stock instead of bone broth and doubled the pasta. We served it with French bread and it was great.
