I've never attempted an aioli sauce. I used a tsp. of minced garlic from a jar as I didn't have fresh on hand. I used a knife to get the lemon zest as I don't have a micro-grater. The meal was easy to prepare, just a lot of dishes! The multitude of ingredients/spices made for varied and enjoyable flavors. I served with steamed rice (with a tsp. of coconut oil) and steamed broccoli. The meal was enjoyed by all in the family.
