Ingredients
- 2 peeled and chopped frozen bananas
- cup skim milk
Directions
Step 1: Place the frozen bananas and 1/4 cup of skim milk into a blender. Blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
Step 2: Add the remaining 1/4 cup of skim milk to the blender and blend on high speed for another 30 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth.
Recipe Tip
If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add 1 teaspoon of white sugar. Blend for an additional 30 seconds to incorporate the sweetness.
