Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- In a saucepan, mix together the sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt.
- Slowly stir in the milk, ensuring everything is well combined.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Continue cooking until the mixture thickens and coats the back of a spoon, which should take about 5 minutes.
- Once thickened, remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Stir in the tahini and vanilla extract, mixing thoroughly until smooth and well combined.
