This has become a beloved choice for our family. It's incredibly versatile! We freeze it and enjoy it as a substitute for ice cream.

Excellent recipe! I had to reduce the amount of Bailey's by half as it was too strong for my taste.

I made this recipe substituting Tia Maria for Bailey's, and it turned out delicious. I decided to go for a different flavor since not everyone can have chocolate, so I used butterscotch schnapps with a dash of extra vanilla, and it was just as tasty as the original chocolate version. The unexpected white color gave it an elegant appearance. I think adding a couple of mint leaves would make it look even nicer. I will definitely be making this again with other flavors!

This recipe is incredibly simple to whip up. No cooking involved, no fussing over complicated ingredients. Just one bowl required. The texture is wonderfully smooth, and adding Baileys is a delightful optional touch.

I tried following the recipe... it was definitely delicious, but incredibly indulgent and ultimately not worth the high calorie or fat content.

Smooth, velvety, and absolutely delicious! My husband described it as tasting like a luxurious $14 dessert from a fine dining restaurant. Even the next day, it was just as rich and creamy. I followed the recipe exactly as written and it turned out perfectly. The only tip I have is to use a deeper mixing bowl as the powdered sugar and cocoa tend to create a bit of a mess in the air.
