Soooo good and so easy! I quadrupled the recipe to get four small ramekins. I sift the cocoa powder and powdered sugar, and add extra sugar because I think it’s touch too bitter without it. I drizzle Hershey’s syrup on top and add raspberries. Yuuumm!

I have a small home cake business and was intrigued by this recipe. I tripled the recipe and added more powdered sugar to offset some of the bitterness. I used an apple corer to hollow out chocolate cupcakes and filled with this "Mousse". With homemade vanilla buttercream icing, they were way over the top. Lots of compliments and smiles from chocolate lovers! Keeper recipe!

I made this, after reading the review. I like sweeter desserts. In my blender I added 4 T Sugar, 2 T cocoa powder, vanilla essence then cream. Blender and its tasted amazing. QUICK AND EASY!!!!!

This recipe was great! It was simple, and allowed us to add our own touch - we put godiva liqueur on the bottom, then the mousse (we made a much larger batch than this recipe), whip cream, cherry and sprinkles - everyone loved it!!

This recipe was thick and creamy! Was thicker than whipped cream as one person suggested. I added a little instant coffee granules and it was very good! As noted: Very rich! :)

Simple and quick. Instead of shot glasses I made it for two people in small glasses. I did use the whole complete recipe for two people. I also like the idea of adding raspberries and drizzle of chocolate on top

You can play around with this. Have a small amount of cream cheese and/or mascarpone cheese that needs using? Or on low carb and want to use fake sugar? Here’s your chance! This is delicious, as is or changing it up a bit. 🙃

Easy peasy. Literally made it in seconds using blender. Doubled recipe , spooned into pretty juice glasses, drizzled with chocolate syrup as suggested by another reviewer and topped with a cherry. Perfect!

This recipe is so easy and oh so yummy! I will make this again and again. I personally love mousse, so this recipe is for one serving 😋 I will triple this next time and put it on a graham cracker crust for a pie. Definitely in my recipe box!

It's delicious! I substituted the sugar with coconut palm sugar and used ground pink salt. It was very easy to make and my daughter loves it!

It was bittersweet but I added more powdered sugar to sweeten it and it was delicious after!

I made this when I was bored, and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised! The whisking took longer than I thought (although my mixer is not that fast), but when I tried it, the chocolaty flavor was so good! I served it to my family and it was literally gone in minutes. I think I could use this as frosting/filler for multi-layer cakes, as I am a total chocolate lover. I haven't tried any alterations, but I might some day!

Yummy and very easy to make. I usually have heavy whipping cream on hand because I like it in coffee, so this recipe is a winner for me.
