Chocolate Peanut Clusters

This easy-to-make recipe results in delicious chocolate peanut clusters that will satisfy your sweet cravings. Perfect for a party or a homemade gift!

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 28 ounces dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (4 ounce) bar German sweet chocolate, broken into pieces

Directions:

Step 1: In a slow cooker, combine the white chocolate, dry roasted peanuts, semisweet chocolate chips, and German sweet chocolate.

Step 2: Set the slow cooker to High and cook for 1 hour, without stirring.

Step 3: After 1 hour, reduce the heat to Low. Stir the mixture and continue to cook for another hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

Step 4: Once the mixture is fully melted and combined, drop spoonfuls of the chocolate-peanut mixture onto waxed paper.

Step 5: Allow the clusters to cool for 30 to 45 minutes until they are hardened and set.
