Ingredients

  • 3 cups canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 cups vegetable oil
  • 4 cups white sugar
  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoons ground cloves

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F (175C). Grease and flour three 9x5-inch loaf pans.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, white sugar, and eggs. Stir well until the mixture is smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and ground cloves.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture, stirring until fully incorporated.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared loaf pans, smoothing the tops with a spatula.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of each loaf comes out clean.
