Incredibly Moist Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 cups canned pumpkin puree
- 1 cups vegetable oil
- 4 cups white sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoons ground cloves
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350F (175C). Grease and flour three 9x5-inch loaf pans.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, white sugar, and eggs. Stir well until the mixture is smooth.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and ground cloves.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture, stirring until fully incorporated.
- Divide the batter evenly among the prepared loaf pans, smoothing the tops with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of each loaf comes out clean.
Cook's Note
For a fun twist, consider adding raisins, mini chocolate chips, pecans, or walnuts to the batter. You can also adapt this recipe to make muffins; simply bake them for 30 to 35 minutes.
