This dish was delicious and simple to make, especially when I omit the meat and create a vegetarian Frittata! I absolutely adore my air fryer! It has definitely simplified the cooking process for me, almost like having the "easy bake oven" I always wished for as a kid. I also bake a delicious and healthy banana cake using it as well!

Sure! Here is a rewritten version of your review: "Alright, I've prepared this dish three times before sharing my thoughts. The original recipe is delicious, but tonight I decided to make some tweaks that I believe are worth mentioning. I used 1/2 pound of Jimmy Dean's HOT sausage, 6 eggs, the same amount and type of cheese, onion, pepper, and 1 tsp. of chopped jalapeno. I preheated the air fryer at 360F for 3 minutes and then cooked the dish at the same temperature for 15 minutes. I turned off the air fryer and let it sit for 5 minutes. The result? A beautiful meal that was a real hit."

I tried using a reusable silicone air fryer liner and made a delicious dish! I didn't have all the exact ingredients, so I used 1/2 cup of chopped mushrooms, 1 teaspoon of chopped green onions, and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese. I air fried it for 17 minutes. The top turned out a bit dry, but the dish was cooked through and tasted fantastic! I might still use the oven in colder weather, but for warmer days, this is a great way to avoid heating up the kitchen. Thanks for the great idea!

Easy and convenient oven cooking made this dish a breeze to prepare. I used small pieces of turkey kielbasa, a ripe tomato, half of a small cauliflower, red and green onions, and 4 eggs. I seasoned it with a blend of chili spices, salt, and a generous pinch of fresh oregano from our garden. It cooked for about half an hour, and I added a mix of shredded cheeses 5 minutes before it was done. Served with a side of toast and sliced strawberries, it made a delicious brunch!

I decided to use 6 eggs instead of the suggested amount, swapped out sausage for chopped cooked bacon, and baked the dish in an 8" cake pan for 20 minutes at 360 degrees. The result was absolutely delicious! It served as a fantastic early dinner for my partner and me, with enough leftovers for later. Thank you for sharing such a flavorful recipe!

LEFTOVER ALERT! This recipe is fantastic. I incorporated leftover yuca fries, but you can also utilize any remaining fries such as tater tots or the ones leftover from last night's dinner out! Dice them up and layer them at the bottom before proceeding with the rest of the recipe.

I found that it browned too quickly on the outside, so I decided to cover it with foil for the final 4 minutes of the 18-minute cooking time. Instead of using sausage and peppers, I opted for ham and thawed frozen spinach. Next time, I plan to cover it with foil at the 12-minute mark and keep experimenting with different ingredients!

I made use of leftover vegetables for this recipe. Typically, I sauté my vegetables with Chinese cooking wine (Shao Xing wine) and a touch of sesame oil to enhance their flavors. I recommend adding 2-3 tablespoons of wine and a drizzle of sesame oil for that extra aroma, but be mindful not to go overboard with the wine. For leftovers, you can stir-fry them with a bit of olive oil in a pan, incorporating some mushrooms or fresh veggies to rejuvenate the dish. I combined the cooked vegetables with an egg mixture in a baking tin, sprinkled a mix of mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top, then air fried it for 18 minutes. And there you have it! A delightful dish.

Thank you very much for providing this simple recipe. I made some modifications using crumbled bacon, Mexican Blend shredded cheese, 1/4 red onion finely diced, 1 rib finely diced celery, and 3 cleaned and sliced mushrooms based on what I had available in my pantry. Oh my goodness, it turned out delicious and was incredibly fast and easy to prepare. Surprisingly, the dish was fully cooked in just 18 minutes.

This recipe was helpful in encouraging me to utilize my air fryer more often. I would recommend increasing the number of eggs to 6 and incorporating some milk or cream for added richness.

Making breakfast has become a breeze with this recipe. No hassle, no cleanup, no need to worry about flipping the skillet and making a mess. I followed the ingredients list and substituted sausage with leftover cooked steak, adding a jalapeno for some extra kick. The dish turned out perfectly browned and fluffy in exactly 18 minutes. A fantastic recipe - thank you for sharing!

I prepared this recipe in my compact air fryer, so I had to modify the cooking time. I utilized a parchment paper liner which I placed in the air fryer after preheating, and then poured the blended ingredients onto it. The result was perfect! After baking for 15 minutes, I let it rest for 5 minutes. The outcome was very satisfying! This recipe offers a lot of versatility. Thank you for sharing it.

I was a bit uncertain about the cooking time for this dish as the comments varied from 30 minutes to 6 minutes. I ended up cooking it for much less than the recommended 18 minutes and found it to be quite dry. Nonetheless, it served as a decent base recipe. I added some extra seasoning to enhance the flavor. I plan to experiment with slightly lower temperatures next time to determine the optimal cooking time.

Review: This dish came together incredibly fast and turned out wonderfully cheesy and versatile. I added chicken and sausage to mine, and it was absolutely delicious! 😋

The dish tasted delicious, but following the cooking instructions of 18-20 minutes at 360 degrees was definitely too short! It actually took closer to 30 minutes to cook through. Keep this in mind when planning to serve this dish, as you may need to give your family or guests extra time before announcing that breakfast will be ready in just 20 minutes. ;)

Swapped out bacon for sausage and opted for smoked paprika instead of cayenne pepper.

I followed the recipe exactly, except I substituted dried chives for green onions since I didn't have any on hand. It was a quick and simple dish to prepare. I will definitely be making it again.
