Ingredients

  • 1 cups all-purpose flour

Directions

Step 3: Cut in the shortening until the mixture becomes crumbly.

Step 4: Add the milk and sour cream. Stir the ingredients together until the dough begins to form.

Step 5: Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead it about 10 times.

Step 6: Roll the dough out and use a biscuit cutter to cut out individual biscuits.

Step 7: Place the biscuits onto a baking sheet.

Step 8: Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the biscuits are lightly browned.
