Very good - I used fat free vanilla yogurt and skim milk (reduced that a bit to keep it thicker). I cut back on the sugar a bit as well and added some cinnamon along with the nutmeg.

I made this smoothie exactly the way it was and it tasted ok. The smoothie was watered down as if there were too much yogurt and milk, the yogurt flavor overtook everything else, and there weren't enough blueberries. I recommend using less milk and yogurt but adding 1 1/2 cup blueberries.

I love this quick and easy recipe. Used mixed frozen berries, substituted maple syrup for the sugar (only because I didn't have white sugar) and no nutmeg (don't have). I also used a hand blender.

This recipe was strsight-forward and simple. I added grape juice, and an apple and I was out of yogurt so I just used 4% (Whole) milk. Yum! My husband even had some, and he doesn't even like blueberries!😄

I scaled this down to one serving and used frozen blueberries and honey in place of the sugar. I also added a scoop of vanillla protein powder, which I always do with smoothies. Nutmeg doesn't appeal to me in something like this, so I just gave it a shake of cinnamon. Very good!

I used plain greek yogurt (20 grams protein per cup), 2 tsp of orange blossom honey. I used frozen blueberries and some fresh blackberries and strawberries. Whole milk and a dash of nutmeg. Delicious!

So, I added half a cup of frozen pineapple, used a hair less yogurt, and instead of nutmeg, I added honey, and it turned out to be the BEST smoothie I've had. The only reason why I'm giving it only 4 stars is because without the changes I made, it was just alright.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this recipe. Changed few thing....didn’t have yogurt and used cashew milk as the milk substitute and raw cane sugar instead of white sugar. I can’t wait to make this again!!

I used lemon Greek yogurt and frozen blueberries. I used about a cup and a half of the blueberries and pumpkin pie spice. It was yummy.

This is wonderful. Instead of sugar I added a couple tbs of Italian sweet cream creamer. Used almond extract and cinnamon.

I reduced liquid to make thicker, but found that it thickened upon standing so I needed to add milk back in to make it drinkable.

Very good. A bit too sweet though. Would substitute sugar for vanilla yogurt instead of plain.

Simple. Trying a smoothie for the first time. Added extra 1/2 cup blueberries to avoid someone's comment of tasting lite in fruit flavor.
