Easy peasy! Had never tried this but will continue doing this! After it was done added in shredded cheese & ate avocado on the side :) Thank you!

So quick, so easy, and so good! I used one egg, 1/2 TBSP water, stirred and microwaved in a 1200W oven at 80% for one minute. I used a pyrex glass custard dish with no oil, and it did not stick. It was like a fluffy wee omelette! Will likely enjoy this often, with or without "additions" such as cheese, herbs, bacon bits, etc.

I already do this but with a soup mug because I like two eggs. I add chopped scallions and diced ham halfway thru the cooking time. If you add it in the beginning, it all sinks to the bottom. Half way and it stays suspended in the eggs. I add a pinch of potassium salt too. This recipe is almost exactly the same as the one I got from The American Heart Association. It is also a great recipe for people with type 2 Diabetes. AND, it tastes great!

This is even better than the traditional method. I added about 1/4 tsp seasoned salt & 1/4 tsp garlic powder. Cooked on high for 30 seconds. Stirred with chopsticks. Cooked again for 30 more seconds, stirred again then added some cheddar cheese on top & let sit for two minutes. DELICIOUS! FAST!EASY!💕💕💕

I use 2 eggs because 1 just doesn’t make enough. 1 TBSP water can be substituted for the milk if you don’t do dairy. I add seasoning and grated cheese before cooking so it’s not all on top. Microwave 45 sec, stir, then 45 more. Easy and quick!

If you use a small bowl instead of the mug, it comes out the PERFECT size for a sandwich / toast. I use a fork to circle around the edges to release the egg(s). I like to do 2 eggs when making a egg sandwich, with mayo & slice of cheese

I make this all the time. It definitely helps with clean up to spray the mug with cooking spray. I also stir the egg half way through the cooking time. It cooks more evenly and you can adjust the cooking time as needed as microwaves vary. I add a few real bacon crumbles, and then sprinkle shredded cheese on top when done. Yum!

I loved it! I made this for my husband. I used 2 X-lg eggs, a dash of milk (I rarely measure!) 3-4 plum tomatoes-sliced, probably 2T of chopped onion, salt and pepper. Put it in microwave at 2 min, stirred when the timer was at 45 seconds. Removed from microwave and topped it with shredded sharp cheddar. My husband LOVED IT!

If you cook egg 90 sec it will be rubbery try 30 sec increments instead of milk use water steam will make eggs fluffy add 1 tbsp cream cheese for incredible microwave eggs.

This was really good. I used three eggs and added spinach and a few of my own spices. I microwaved it for 90 seconds, stirred it, then zapped it again for another 20 seconds or so. The eggs were nice and fluffy and they definitely don’t get cold quickly in the mug. The one complaint is that the mug doesn’t come clean in the dishwasher. Needed to scrub it by hand. Will most likely make again.

I recommend 30 sec. increments and stirring and chopping up the egg each time. I also find 1 minute is long enough. Just stir it around in the hot mug and carryover cooking makes it perfect.

Very good, and I have done this for years now, but the one thing I recommend, is spraying your mug first, or lining it with butter. Once empty, immediately put it to soak.

Quick, simple, tasty. What’s not to like? My egg was done at the 70second mark.

I added some ketchup after cooking and a small amount of low fat margarine! Next time some Mrs. Dash seasoning!

Be careful with the porosity of the mug you use. Eggs can stick like crazy to some porcelain. I spray some non stick veg. oil into the mugs to ensure that the eggs do not stick. Great quick method if you are in a rush. Most young people are in a rush these days.
