Ingredients

  • 1 cups white sugar, divided
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • cup vegetable oil
