  • 5 roma (plum) tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 10 green onions
  • 2 fresh jalapeo peppers, seeded
  • cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1: Start by placing the tomatoes, green onions, jalapeo peppers, and cilantro into a blender or food processor. Pulse until you reach your desired consistency.

Step 2: Once blended, transfer the mixture to a serving bowl.

Step 3: Add the lime juice, hot pepper sauce, ground black pepper, garlic powder, and salt to the mixture. Stir well until all ingredients are fully combined.
