Coconut Oil Popcorn Recipe

Popcorn with Coconut Oil
Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients
- cup unpopped popcorn
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- Sea salt to taste
Directions
- Place the unpopped popcorn and coconut oil in a 3-quart pot over medium heat.
- Cover the pot with a lid and shake it gently but constantly as the popcorn pops.
- Continue shaking until the popping slows down, with a few seconds between each pop. This should take around 3 to 5 minutes.
- Once the popping slows down, remove the pot from the heat.
- Carefully pour the popcorn into a large bowl and season with sea salt to taste.
