Unbelievable Two-Ingredient Chocolates Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) bag rippled potato chips (such as Lay's Wavy)
  • 3 (9.5 ounce) packages milk chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Roll a rolling pin over the bag of potato chips until they form very fine crumbs.
  2. Heat the chocolate chips in a pot over medium-low heat until fully melted. This should take about 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the pot from the stove and stir in the crushed potato chips until well combined.
  4. Spoon the chocolate-potato chip mixture into miniature muffin cups, arranging them on a baking sheet.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let the bites set for about 15 minutes.
  6. Once set, remove the bites from the muffin cups and store them in an airtight .

Cook's Note

Don't worry if the chocolate seems to have a runny consistency when melting once the potato chips are added, it will thicken up and reach the right texture.
