Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen diced watermelon
- cup frozen mango chunks
- cup frozen strawberries
- cup almonds (optional)
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds, or to taste (optional)
Directions
Step 1: Place the banana in a high-powered blender.
Step 2: Add the frozen watermelon, mango chunks, strawberries, almonds, and hemp seeds to the blender.
Step 3: Blend all ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
