Garlic Corn on the Cob Recipe

Ingredients
- 12 ears fresh corn, husked and cleaned
- 12 tablespoons salted butter, divided
- cup garlic powder
Directions
Step 1: Preheat the grill to medium heat or preheat the oven to 350F (175C).
Step 2: Lay each ear of corn on a separate square of aluminum foil.
Step 3: Place 1 tablespoon of butter on each ear of corn, then sprinkle generously with garlic powder.
Step 4: Wrap each ear of corn tightly in the foil.
Step 5: Place the wrapped corn on the preheated grill or in the oven. Grill or bake for 20 to 30 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Step 6: After 20 to 30 minutes, carefully remove the corn from the grill or oven, unwrap, and serve hot.
