Here is a revised version of the review: "I recently tried this fantastic and straightforward recipe to use up leftover veggies from a potluck. I brought veggies with dip, but somehow always ended up with extra broccoli and cauliflower. This easy and flavorful roasting recipe worked wonders and the veggies turned out delicious. Even my 9 and 5-year-old sons enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing!"

Here is the revised version of the review: "The simple recipe for roasting vegetables is definitely a winner. However, I personally enjoy the vibrant and unique flavor of romanesco when it's raw and chopped in a salad. Roasting it felt like a missed opportunity to fully appreciate its taste."

Exciting addition to our vegetable selection. This dish was easy to make and delicious. I'll definitely keep an eye out for Romanesco at my nearby grocery stores and farmer's markets.

My spouse and I absolutely adored this dish! It was extremely simple to prepare, only taking a few minutes to get ready before it went into the oven and cooked while I prepared a protein. We will definitely be making this again.
