Fun and tasty side dish. I wouldn’t quite say these are a sub for fries but, they are tasty! And mostly easy to make. I do wonder how they would turn out if I put the Parmesan down first? Skipped the parsley. This is good on their own but tried a few with ranch;, which slightly defeats the purpose of a veggie side dish but still good. Overall, glad I tried and would make again!
