Red Cabbage Slaw Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 small head red cabbage, thinly sliced and chopped
  • cup grated carrot
  • cup mayonnaise
  • cup dried cranberries
  • cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon milk, or more as needed
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar, or more to taste

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the red cabbage, grated carrot, mayonnaise, dried cranberries, and chopped walnuts.
  2. Add milk, apple cider vinegar, and sugar to the mixture. Stir everything together until well combined.
  3. For optimal flavor, cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes, or until chilled.
