Red Cabbage Slaw Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 small head red cabbage, thinly sliced and chopped
- cup grated carrot
- cup mayonnaise
- cup dried cranberries
- cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon milk, or more as needed
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon white sugar, or more to taste
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine the red cabbage, grated carrot, mayonnaise, dried cranberries, and chopped walnuts.
- Add milk, apple cider vinegar, and sugar to the mixture. Stir everything together until well combined.
- For optimal flavor, cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes, or until chilled.
