Boar's Head Bold® Madrasala® Tandoori Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 slices Boars Head Madrasala Curry Chicken, sliced
- 2 slices Boar's Head Manchego Cheese
- 1 tandoori naan
- cup baby spinach
- red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons fig spread
Directions
Step 1: Begin by laying the naan flat on a clean surface.
Step 2: On one half of the naan, arrange the baby spinach, Madrasala Curry Chicken slices, and thinly sliced red onion.
Step 3: Spread the fig spread evenly on the opposite side of the naan.
Step 4: Place the Manchego cheese on top of the fig spread, then fold the naan to close the sandwich.
Step 5: If desired, slice the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
