Ingredients
- 1 (4-pound) seedless watermelon, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes, chilled
- 3 heirloom tomatoes (preferably green or orange), seeded and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Gently combine watermelon, tomatoes, onion, and mint in a large bowl.
- Fold in feta cheese and salt to combine evenly.
