Pan-Seared Brussels Sprouts Recipe

Brussels Sprouts with Dijon-Honey Glaze
Ingredients
- 20 Brussels sprouts
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons dried cherries
- 1 pinch sea salt
Directions
- Slice each Brussels sprout into 5 or 6 thin slices.
- In a small bowl, mix together Dijon mustard and honey until well combined.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add Brussels sprouts to the skillet and saut for 1 minute.
- Pour the Dijon-honey mixture over the Brussels sprouts, then stir continuously as they cook, allowing them to brown slightly for 2 to 3 minutes.
- In the final minute of cooking, add sliced almonds and dried cherries. Stir them in to combine with the Brussels sprouts.
- Season with a pinch of sea salt, then remove from heat.
