Cilantro, Avocado, Tomato, and Feta Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
  • 3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
  • 3 bunches green onion, sliced
  • 4 ounces crumbled garlic and herb feta cheese
  • 4 avocados, peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 bunches cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, sliced green onions, and crumbled feta cheese. Toss everything together gently.
  2. Step 2: Add the diced avocados to the bowl. Drizzle the lemon juice over the avocados to prevent them from browning.
  3. Step 3: Stir in the chopped cilantro, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients thoroughly to combine.
