I baked it in the oven. 350 degrees for 45 minutes. I turned them over every 15min, so twice. When I turned them, I brushed them with the glaze. They were so yummy, I'm making it again tonight. I used garlic salt instead of crushed. I'm so happy I found this recipe!

I didn't have enough honey so I added a squirt of maple syrup and a few dashes of Chipotle hot sauce and about 5 garlic cloves! Out to the grill I go..... Seasoned the chops with salt n pepper, grill for 4-5 minutes, slather with sauce, turn over, 2-3 more minutes and slather again. Watch them like a Hawk, they will burn in a HOT MINUTE! This sauce CRAZY GOOOD

I used bone-in assorted chops, probably an inch or more thick on some of them. I doubled the glaze recipe and then had 9 chops. Fixed them on the grill with charcoal pellets mixed with a little hickory pellets. I used regular soy sauce instead of low sodium. Sprayed a little evoo on each side of chop, put on grill for a couple minutes then flipped and added glaze to side already seared. I reglazed when I flipped. Next time I will definitely save a little glaze to coat them just as I remove from grill. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this recipe is really good! I plan on fixing again real soon only using 12-14 chops and idk…quadruple the glaze I guess 😁

I wish I could give this more stars, quick, easy, fantastic flavour. I doubled the recipe due to the reviews, baked the chops for 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. I turned and basted every ten minutes, but that's just obsession. I used minced garlic because I didn't have cloves. Excellent. I highly recommend.

I made this last night. I was looking for something different to do with pork chops that was quick, easy and used ingredients I already had on hand. This one ticked all the boxes, and it is delicious! I believe this sauce would be fantastic any way you cook the pork chops. I did mine in the skillet instead of grilling or baking. I seared the chops on both sides, but instead of moving them to the oven, I simply reduced the heat, covered the skillet and let them cook there, turning and basting them a few times. For the last few minutes of cooking, I poured the remaining sauce into the skillet to drench the pork chops. They came out nice and tender, and oh, so flavorful thanks to the wonderful sauce.

These were fabulous. Looking at the ingredient list I was skeptical, but we loved it. Made it as written the first time, but the second time made some minor changes. I doubled the garlic, which I think improved on an already really good glaze. I also flipped the chops every 2 minutes and brushed them with more glaze. It added a little more dimension to the finished product. I should add that drying the chops off before searing them is an important step--dont' skip it or your glaze will just slide off the meat.

I buy them in 5 pound packages not to thick and marinate and freeze i always added those ingredient sometimes i add a splash of hot sauce or a dab of mustard or some rosemary or a little extra brown sugar. I then pull them out 360 degrees- 10 minutes air fryer easy meal .
