White Russian Pudding Shot Recipe

White Russian Pudding Shot Recipe

Ingredients

  • cup milk
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • cup vodka
  • cup coffee-flavored liqueur (such as Kahlua)
  • 1 (8 ounce) frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed

Directions

Step 1: In a bowl, combine the milk and pudding mix. Use an electric mixer to beat the mixture until it thickens into a pudding consistency.

Step 2: Stir in the vodka and coffee-flavored liqueur, mixing them well into the pudding.

Step 3: Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping, making sure it is fully incorporated into the pudding mixture.

Step 4: Carefully spoon or pipe the pudding mixture into shot glasses or small serving s.

Step 5: Freeze the pudding shots until you're ready to serve them.

Cook's Note

For a fun twist, try making pudding shots in miniature ice cream cones, perfect for cookouts or parties. To transport them easily, fill a disposable pan with rice and place the cones upright in the rice to keep them stable. For filling the cones, use a plastic storage bag: roll it down halfway, fill it with the pudding mixture, roll it back up, and then snip off a corner to pipe the mixture into the cones.

I always prepare these for every camping trip. They need to be stored in a cooler, not frozen, but that doesn't matter to anyone! I usually make two batches, one with vanilla pudding and the other with chocolate pudding. Both versions are fantastic!

Absolutely adore these recipes! I tweaked them a bit by incorporating chocolate pudding, extra vodka, and Kahlua to balance the liquids. Warning: these pack a punch, so no driving afterward! Feeling inspired, I went all out and created my versions: "Lemon Drops" with Lemon & Vanilla pudding, vodka, Lemoncello, and Cool Whip, and "Creamsicles" with Orange Jello, vodka, 'Liquor 43', vanilla pudding, and Cool Whip. I freeze them in 2oz cups for easy serving. Even using sugar-free options worked perfectly. My friends can't get enough of these at parties! Thank you for the creative inspiration!
