Pineapple Martini Recipe

Pineapple Martini Recipe

Ingredients

This recipe was developed at its original yield. Ingredient amounts are automatically adjusted, but cooking times and steps remain unchanged. Note that not all recipes scale perfectly.

  • 1 cup ice cubes, or as needed
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1 ounce triple sec

Directions

  1. Fill a chilled martini glass or cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add pineapple juice, vodka, lime juice, and triple sec to the glass or shaker.
  3. If using a shaker, shake vigorously until well combined. Alternatively, if using a glass, stir until the ingredients are fully incorporated.

Cooks Note

If you have a juicer, I highly recommend making your own pineapple juice. Fresh pineapple juice adds a vibrant, tropical flavor to the drink that will transport you to paradise.

If youd like to add a sweet touch to the rim of your glass, place sugar on a plate, wet the rim with a lime peel, and dip it into the sugar. For a unique twist, you can use Splenda Naturals, which is a coarse sugar substitute that tastes just like regular sugar.

This drink seems to miss the mark or is purposely made to be two cocktails. It's a bit too sour for my liking.

Would you prefer an 8 oz Martini or two 4 oz Martinis?
