Ingredients
- 4 potatoes, cut into cubes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- cup flour
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- pound sea scallops
- pound peeled, deveined, and cooked shrimp
- cup dry potato flakes
- teaspoon garlic pepper
- Salt, to taste
Directions
Step 1: In a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker, combine the potatoes, chicken broth, corn, onion, and flour. Stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Step 2: Cover and cook on the "Low" setting for about 6 hours, or until the potatoes are tender and cooked through.
Step 3: After the potatoes are tender, add the heavy whipping cream, sea scallops, cooked shrimp, potato flakes, and garlic pepper to the slow cooker. Stir the ingredients together until evenly distributed.
