Garlicky Bacon and Pickle Pizza Recipe

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 prepared pizza crust
- 1 cups shredded pepper Jack cheese
- cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 15 hamburger dill pickle chips, or more to taste
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400F (200C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and minced garlic. Brush the mixture over the pizza crust.
- Place the crust in the preheated oven and bake for 2 minutes. Remove from the oven.
- Evenly sprinkle the pepper Jack and Cheddar cheese over the crust, then return the pizza to the oven. Bake until the cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
- Top the melted cheese with crumbled bacon, pickle slices, and crushed red pepper flakes. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped dill.
