Garlicky Bacon and Pickle Pizza Recipe

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 prepared pizza crust
  • 1 cups shredded pepper Jack cheese
  • cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 15 hamburger dill pickle chips, or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F (200C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and minced garlic. Brush the mixture over the pizza crust.
  3. Place the crust in the preheated oven and bake for 2 minutes. Remove from the oven.
  4. Evenly sprinkle the pepper Jack and Cheddar cheese over the crust, then return the pizza to the oven. Bake until the cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
  5. Top the melted cheese with crumbled bacon, pickle slices, and crushed red pepper flakes. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped dill.
