Air-Fried Taco Dogs Recipe

  • 2 jumbo hot dogs
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning mix
  • 2 hot dog buns
  • cup guacamole
  • 4 tablespoons salsa
  • 6 pickled jalapeno slices

Directions

  1. Gather all ingredients and preheat an air fryer to 390F (200C). Make sure the air fryer is fully heated for at least 4 minutes.
  2. Carefully cut 5 slits into each hot dog. Rub teaspoon of taco seasoning evenly over each hot dog.
  3. Place the seasoned hot dogs into the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Once the hot dogs are cooked, place them in the buns and return them to the air fryer basket.
  5. Toast the buns and crisp the hot dogs for an additional 4 minutes or until the buns are golden brown and the hot dogs are hot and crispy.
  6. Top each hot dog with equal amounts of guacamole, salsa, and pickled jalapenos.
