  • pound thinly sliced corned beef
  • 3 ounces sauerkraut, drained
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • cup Thousand Island dressing

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to broil.
  2. Place the slices of rye bread on a baking sheet or broiling pan.
  3. Layer the corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on top of the bread slices, ensuring an even distribution.
  4. Broil the sandwich on high heat for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the cheese has fully melted and is golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and serve hot with a drizzle of Thousand Island dressing on top.
