- 2 slices dark rye bread
- pound thinly sliced corned beef
- 3 ounces sauerkraut, drained
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- cup Thousand Island dressing
Directions
- Preheat your oven to broil.
- Place the slices of rye bread on a baking sheet or broiling pan.
- Layer the corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on top of the bread slices, ensuring an even distribution.
- Broil the sandwich on high heat for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the cheese has fully melted and is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot with a drizzle of Thousand Island dressing on top.
