Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed and snapped
  • Garlic salt, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • Dried minced onion, to taste
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar marinated cocktail onions, with liquid

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a wok over high heat. Once the oil is hot, reduce the heat to medium.
  2. Add the green beans to the wok. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  3. Season the beans with garlic salt, garlic powder, ground black pepper, and dried minced onion according to your taste preferences.
  4. When the green beans are nearly tender, add the marinated cocktail onions along with their liquid. Stir well to combine.
  5. Continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes until the beans are fully tender and everything is heated through.
